NEIL MACDONALD

Mr. MacDonald brings to Copper Canyon over 17 years of experience in advising and financing early stage companies. Mr. MacDonald is currently the president and chief executive officer of NovaDx Ventures Corp., a Vancouver-based investment firm providing capital, investment banking and business advisory services to natural resource exploration companies. He also serves on the boards of Sable Resources Ltd. and Goldquest Mining Corp. Mr. MacDonald is the former manager of retail corporate finance with Blackmont Capital Inc. Prior to working with Blackmont, he served as a corporate finance partner with Goepel McDermid, McDermid St. Lawrence Securities and Canaccord Capital. Mr. MacDonald serves on the local TSX Venture Exchange advisory committee as well as the IDA Pacific District Counsel.
